Financial Accountant (Netsuite Experience Preferred)

We are looking to full an in house financial book keeper position that has experience and knowledge in Netsuite general accounting practices.
The obligations and responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
- Reconciles bank account and merchant/payment processor clearing accounts.
- Verify, track, and reconcile vendor payments/prepayments and apply to invoices as appropriate.
- Reconciles balance sheet accounts and closes books monthly.
- Performs daily banking procedures.
- Prepare and examine accounting records and other financial reports.
- Reviews general ledger for accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly financial close package.
- Assist with annual review preparation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools, specifically NetSuite and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to research and provide resolution for issues as identified.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume environment.
